Estrés laboral en enfermeros de areas criticas de un establecimiento hospitalario en Lima

Objetivo: En este estudio se buscó determinar el estrés laboral durante la pandemia en enfermeros de áreas críticas de un establecimiento hospitalario en Lima. Materiales y métodos: La investigación tuvo como enfoque cuantitativo y su diseño metodológico fue descriptivo y transversal. La población estuvo compuesta por 52 enfermeros. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario NSS. Resultados: En cuanto al estrés laboral, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo con 53,8% (n=28) tienen un nivel bajo, seguido del nivel medio con 38,5% (n=20) tienen y nivel alto con 7,7% (n=4) De acuerdo a sus dimensiones, en ambiente físico, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo con 71,2% (n=37), seguido del nivel medio con 23,1% (n=12) y nivel alto con 5,8% (n=4), en ambiente psicológico, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo con 50% (n=26), seguido del nivel medio con 42,3% (n=22) y nivel alto con 7,7% (n=4) y en ambiente social, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo con 63,5% (n=33), seguido del nivel medio con 28,8% (n=15) y nivel alto con 7,7% (n=4). Conclusiones: En cuanto al estrés laboral, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo, seguido del nivel medio y nivel alto. Según sus dimensiones, en ambiente físico, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo, seguido del nivel medio y nivel alto, en ambiente psicológico, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo, seguido del nivel medio y nivel alto y en ambiente social, predominaron aquellos con un nivel bajo, seguido del nivel medio y nivel alto.
